Every day for over 45 years, NeighborWorks Home Partners has helped families achieve and maintain their dream of homeownership. Our work specifically focuses on supporting underserved communities and we are working to eliminate the racial disparity in homeownership rates in Minnesota, one person at a time. 

You can be an important partner of this exciting and important work – making homeownership opportunity available to all, strengthening communities, and helping people stay in their homes – by supporting us with a one-time or recurring donation.

We support homeownership in three key program areas:

• BUY
  Our homeownership advising, homebuyer education, and homebuyer readiness counseling prepare homebuyers for the biggest investment of their lives and prepares people to qualify for a mortgage. The first mortgage and down payment assistance programs put ownership within reach.
• FIX
  We offer affordable and accessible home improvement financing that helps homeowners make repairs and updates, improve safety, and make modifications that let them age in peace.
• KEEP
  When changes in income or mortgages put a home at risk of foreclosure, our HUD-certified counselors work with homeowners to find a solution to preserve their investment.
