CORONAVIRUS has required us to suspend most in-school activities this fall and winter. Grants previously awarded are being carried forward until it is safe to resume a full program of residencies and community cultural events. Sketchbooks have been distributed to all students at William Kelley School as part of our Masterpiece Art program and a virtual Spoken Word Poetry Residency for 11th and 12 grade English classes will be held in May. Board meetings are currently held via Zoom.  We appreciate the understanding of our grantees and donors during this challenging time.

Our Purpose is to support and promote the value of art and artistic expression in the northern Lake County area of Minnesota, with an emphases on programs for young people and on community cultural events.

Our Focus is arts education for children and enriching the cultural environment of the community.

Our Board is made up of community volunteers, including William Kelley School students, grades 7-12. Board meetings are held the first Wednesday of every month, September-June, 3:45 p.m. in the William Kelley School library and are open to all.

Our Partners include local and regional visual, practical and performing artists and arts organizations who serve as advisors, faculty and performers. We maintain a close working relationship with the teaching staff at William Kelley School.

Our Donors are made up of generous individuals and businesses that believe in our programming.
