This Give to the Max Day join with the only St. Croix watershed-based organization exclusively invested in helping local communities across 18 counties in Minnesota and Wisconsin celebrate shared heritage by preserving local history and stories that bind us together culturally. These histories and stories reflect pride in both our past and present way of life along and near the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway.

North Woods and Waters of the St. Croix Heritage Area (NWW) promotes the outstanding natural, cultural, historic and recreational resources of the St. Croix River watershed and the nationally significant stories of its people.
