Nokomis Montessori South Pto

This year for our Give to The Max goal we are raising funds for the E2 overnight experience at Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center in Lanesboro, MN on April 21-23.  Eagle Bluff is an outdoor school with licensed teachers and highly trained naturalists focusing on STEM, the humanities, life skills, knowledge, and team building.  The cost per student is typically $175 plus the cost of transportation, but we have received a reduced rate through a grant with Eagle Bluff.  We do not want cost to be a barrier for any of our students.  We are a community and we do things together!  

Nokomis South PTO also funds many other of our community activities and individual classroom teacher requests.  Your money goes directly to meet teacher, student, and community needs.

The mission of the Nokomis Montessori South Parent and Teacher Organization (PTO) is to promote activities that enhance the joy and well-being of Nokomis families in a way that complements and enriches the learning environment.  To assist parents in developing the skills they need to raise, protect and prepare their children.  To encourage parent involvement in the schools. To build community within the school, and enhance the relationship among the school, and parents. To provide volunteer and financial support for school activities that result in the nurturing and educating of all school students.
