* Ticket Subsidy Program that provides 5000 free/discounted tickets to under-resourced elementary schools so students can experience innovative professional theatre. 

* The development of new plays by Minnesota playwrights.  

* Our initiative of ongoing programs such as post-show talk-backs, panel discussions, and work with school children, which offer greater understanding and enjoyment of our productions.
