Homeownership Counseling & Education

At NeDA, we are committed to closing the homeownership gap between white and BIPOC communities in Minnesota. Through tailored education and one-on-one counseling, we empower new immigrants, Spanish speakers, and communities of color to access financial services equitably. Our experienced counselors guide families through every step of the homebuying process. Help support others on their journey with a gift!

Financial Counseling & Education

We enhance financial literacy for the Latino community, helping individuals set goals, reduce debt, and improve credit scores through specialized coaching and engaging workshops.

NeDA Centro de Finanzas

Our Centro de Finanzas offers credit builder loans and down payment assistance for families. We also provide affordable home improvement loans to support sustainable homeownership.

Development

NeDA manages 204 rental units, including the newly opened Stryker Senior facility, which provides 57 affordable senior housing units.
