The Mounds View Schools Education Foundation has a long history of supporting the students in our schools. Founded in 1987 by a committed group of parents and community members, the MVSEF (formerly 621 Foundation) was established with a resolute focus to ensure a quality education experience for the students in the Mounds View School District.
Over the last three decades, the MVSEF has become a leader in philanthropic support for our students. Our innovative funding of the ACT exam to juniors at no cost, increasing access to school-owned music instruments, making music accessible for all families, and improving access to materials in STEAM labs and investing in the Equity Promise Scholarship Program are a few examples of the initiatives we have supported. We take great pride in this legacy and the impact we have had on students.
Following a challenging year of distance learning, we are pleased to return our funding to a more normal set of initiatives for this school year. We are excited to renew our commitment to the Intentional Social Interactions events, the Music Instrument and the Equity Promise Scholarship Program for the 2021-22 school year. Notably, these programs demonstrate our continued commitment to the Mounds View School District's promise to ensure an equitable education experience for all students.
Your support will make a difference in the lives of students throughout the Mounds View School District. Thank you!
