Minnesota Valley Men's Chorale

The MVMC is organized to perform and promote men's choral music for the enjoyment and benefit of the community.

Now in our 20th season, the Minnesota Valley Men's Chorale performs a repertoire of sacred and secular pieces, spirituals and show tunes. The Chorale is directed by Steven O. Boehlke, past recipient of the Minnesota Choral Director of the Year and the F. Melius Christiansen Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Choral Directors Association of Minnesota (ACDA-MN).

MVMC relies on support from its singing members, audience, and community sponsorship to continue promoting singing as a life-long activity.

Our major fundraising goals include:

-       Raising additional funds for our recent purchase of additional risers and platforms for our growing chorale

-       Awarding college scholarships to talented local students

-       Continuing our annual commissioned works program to expand the men’s choral literature
