The Minnesota Vikings Foundation has been committed to combatting food insecurity since launching the Vikings Table food truck program in 2019. Vikings Table had an extensive program evaluation in 2020 and learned that the program is meeting its mission to serve those in communities impacted by poverty and that youth have a fun and engaging experience on the truck. As a result of the evaluation, Smart Energy Snack program was launched to provide youth with healthy snacks to supplement their meal. 

Vikings Table powered by Xcel Energy has delivered more than 32,000 healthy meals and is committed to continuing to serve those who need it most through through cold winter months ahead, thanks to your support! We are proud to be members of this community, and our commitment to ensuring everyone has a seat at our family table will remain steadfast.
