The Twins Community Fund's mission is to enrich local and regional communities by providing resources for the healthy development of children and families through an association with baseball, softball and the Minnesota Twins.

Fields for Kids

The Field for Kids program provides financial support to improve baseball and softball for youth in the Upper Midwest and Southwest Florida. Since 1999, the Twins Community Fund's Fields for Kids program has granted more than $3.5 million to renovate or construct youth baseball and softball fields. 


Play Ball! Minnesota 

Play Ball! Minnesota collaboration is aimed at improving and getting more kids in the game. An average of 300 people attend the Coaches Conference which is held annually at Target Field. For more information visit, www.playballmn.com 


Twins RBI

The Minnesota Twins RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities) program is operated in partnership with MLB, Twins Community Fund, Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board and City of St.Paul Parks and Recreation. Nearly 5,000 kinds in Minneapolis and St. Paul play Twins RBI. Twins RBI participants are able to participate in RBI Opening Day at Target Field, attend free skills clinics and the RBI Academy, and more. For more information visit, www.twincitiesrbi.com

  • More than 4,000 kids receive free baseball and softball instruction annually through Play Ball! Minnesota youth clinics.
  • The TwinsCare ticket program provides free tickets to youth-serving nonprofit organizations.
  • The Twins Getting More Kids in the Game grants will help organizations "get more kids in the game" by reducing league fees, providing scholarships, supplying equipment, and more.
  • The Minnesota Twins organization helps support thousands of non-profit organizations each year by donating game tickets, memorabilia, and other autographed items to assist those organizations in raising funds for their important causes.
