Minnesota State College Southeast Foundation

A nonprofit organization

#MSCSoutheastCares: Now more than ever, our students need our help to stay in college.

The Covid-19 pandemic affected Minnesota State College Southeast students in many ways - from interrupting their education to losing income from their jobs. Even though the situation has eased, students are still struggling.

Minnesota State College Southeast Foundation provides emergency financial support directly to students in need. Cash grants and gift cards can be distributed very rapidly with a minimum of administrative delay.

This year during Give to the Max, we are dedicating donations received to increasing the availability of MSC Southeast Foundation Emergency Funds, so we can continue to meet the needs of our students.

Examples of emergencies include situations such as:

  • Food or transportation needs
  • Overdue utility bills
  • Homelessness or sudden loss of housing
  • Loss of childcare
  • Books or other essential academic expenses
  • Emergency medical expenses, eyeglasses or essential dental work
  • Replacement of essential personal belongings due to fire or natural disaster
  • Vehicle repairs for transportation to and from campus

Thank you for supporting our students in this time of urgent need!
