Donate now to help the Minnesota Guitar Society provide uniquely affordable, world-class concerts and guitar education in the Twin Cities and beyond!

For decades the Minnesota Guitar Society (MGS) has provided Minnesota music lovers with uniquely affordable access to live performances by world-class guitarists from around the globe. Recently, MGS launched a jazz and fingerstyle concert series that features established and emerging local guitarists. In addition, MGS helps guitar aficionados connect and share their love of music at social engagements throughout the concert season.

To nurture the next generation of guitarists, MGS sponsors Guitar In Our Schools, a program in K-to-12 public schools that provides workshops, master classes with our concert performers, and a yearly Youth Guitarathon event. We currently partner with schools in Minneapolis and St Paul, serving over 150 students each semester, and have plans to expand our school partnerships throughout the metro area.
