We are a community choir with deep roots in central Minnesota. Since our founding in 1973, we have been striving to bring the enjoyment of choral music to the area.

We foster community and provide value to the residents of central Minnesota by encouraging collaborations with other arts organizations. Past collaborators include:

  • Cantabile Girls' Choir
  • College of St. Benedict / St. John's University Symphony Orchestra
  • Monroe Crossing
  • St. John's Boys' Choir
  • Ring of Kerry
  • St. Cloud Municipal Band
  • St. Cloud Symphony Orchestra
  • Great River Chorale
  • Youth Chorale of Central Minnesota

We also strive to foster a lifelong love of choral music by providing educational experiences and collaborations with elementary, middle school, and high school singers. We recently purchased seated risers and hope to purchase chairs in the near future so we can continue to be accessible to all who wish to sing.

We believe that a community without arts is missing its heart and soul, and such a community will have difficulty in economic development and growth.

Your donation allows us to purchase music, perform in a wide variety of venues around the area, and cover administrative and programmatic costs without requesting dues from our singers. Because of the generosity of donors, we are able to keep ticket prices at an affordable level for central Minnesota residents. We often provide free or reduced price tickets for children, students, and seniors.

Ten dollars is the approximate amount we spend to purchase the music for one singer for one concert. We don't use illegal copies and we try to support Minnesota composers and musicians when we can!

Additional funding can help with things like providing free tickets to under served populations, offsetting transportation costs to extend our concerts to outlying rural communities, helping us develop programs in partnership with other local groups or schools, commissioning pieces by Minnesota composers and hiring professional local musicians to perform with us for the works of masters like Mozart and Handel.

We love to share our music with you, and we are grateful you have chosen to share with us today! Thank you so much!
