Minnesota Boychoir

During a recent meeting, a board member said it best: “Yes we're known for our beautiful performances and excellent music education, but folks don't know that the real stuff of the Minnesota Boychoir is what happens behind the scenes in rehearsals, backstage at concerts, and during weekend retreats and tours.” 

At a time when young people are struggling more than ever with who they are and who they want to be, the Minnesota Boychoir offers boys and young men a uniquely supportive space where they are nurtured to discover confidence, belonging, and beauty through music.

At every rehearsal, retreat, and performance, our singers are encouraged to:

• express themselves creatively and emotionally through music and play

• connect with one another — listening carefully and blending their voices in harmony

• show up for each other by being prepared, respectful, and engaged

• recognize their shared purpose in creating something that brings joy and beauty to the community

You can support the choir any number of ways!
