Metro Hope Ministries is a  Christ-centered, residential, long-term recovery program for mothers with their children, women and men who are struggling with addiction and other behavioral issues that are destroying their lives. This is where addiction ends and families are restored by the power of Jesus Christ.

 

Since 1926, Metro Hope has been providing real help and lasting hope for the whole family.

One way Metro Hope is unique from other addiction centers is our mothers with children program. Typically a mother has to choose between her children and help for her addiction but at Healing House, mothers bring their children with them, to live, heal and grow together in a relationship with Jesus.  Many mothers have lost custody of their children so we help them with reunification, bringing the children to Healing House to build a new relationship with their mothers and Jesus.  It is so beautiful!

Many of our residents are at the end of their options. Most have exhausted their support systems, are unemployed and homeless, unable to support themselves or their families.  Many have lost custody of their children.  At Metro Hope men and women encounter Jesus and the hope He gives by restoring their lives and reuniting them with their children and families.  

 At Metro Hope we share the gospel and teach Biblical principles so our residents learn how to live a life that is pleasing to God and free from addiction. Everyday we are blessed to see people accept His grace and forgiveness!
