Nestled among gardens and trees in Golden Valley, Meadowbrook is an elementary school in the Hopkins School District. With students in grades K–5, Meadowbrook has highly skilled and caring teachers and staff members.
Approximately 50 percent of our students are open-enrolled from other districts. Families who choose our Meadowbrook community place a high value on diversity, academic excellence, and a sense of belonging. Our parents are highly involved in their children’s education and in the events and activities at Meadowbrook.
Your donation to Meadowbrook School Parent Teacher Organization enables us to provide our students and staff with:
- Field trips (including transportation) for each grade and in-school residencies that enrich learning.
- Grants for teacher-led initiatives not covered by the school's budget.
- Start-of-the-year classroom funds for each classroom for necessary supplies not covered by the district.
- Staff appreciation events throughout the year to boost morale.
- Community building activities and events, such as Service Night and Family Movie Night.
- Need-based scholarships for educational expenses for Meadowbrook families.
