Crimson Robotics
Maple Grove High School

The 2019-2020 Crimson Robotics Team 2526 is investing in the future of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (“STEM”) for  all students in every school in every district.

Your direct support and corporate matching will help us achieve this year’s initiatives. These initiatives will total $65,500.

Your contributions will help us:

  • Purchase a CNC Machine:  Owning a CNC machine will provide an ability to create robotics parts right at the shop at a reduced cost. The cost of this CNC machine is approximately $20,000.

  • Build a World-Class Robot. Each year our team builds a robot for competitions. We have budgeted $14,000 for parts to build the robot

  • Travel to World Championships: Give the entire team the opportunity to travel out of state to World Championships, including lodging and meals. This costs the team over $30,000.

  • International Influence: Each year our team provides the robotics kits and support needed to other teams around the globe, including in Bosnia, Singapore and South Africa. Your support will allow our students to start and maintain teams for elementary students in other countries. Funding a new international team this year costs approximately $1,500.

Employer Match. When you make a donation, please consider contacting your employer about matching  your donation, or local business owners about making an in-kind donation.  This can double your generosity.
