MAC has increased assistance 400% in the wake of COVID-19. We are continuing to provide rent and utility assistance to prevent evictions and homelessness and food to prevent hunger. Your donation will ease the burden of those impacted by COVID-19. Thanks for your support!

Midtown Assistance Center (MAC) was formed in 1986 as a collaborative effort to pool the resources of Midtown Atlanta religious congregations and the Midtown Alliance to assist the working poor in Atlanta. MAC’s mission is to provide emergency assistance to low-income working Atlantans to help prevent homelessness and hunger during periods of crisis. Over the past 33 years, MAC has expanded our service area to assist 10 different zip codes in the City of Atlanta.

A gift to MAC supports hard working families. Your gift matters. Your gift stops an eviction, keeps electricity connected, and puts food on an empty table.
