Linden Hills Neighborhood Council (LHiNC) is a non-profit formed to represent the interests of Linden Hills residents, property owners, and business owners. LHiNC serves as a voice of Linden Hills residents, increasing community involvement, and providing two-way communication with the City of Minneapolis and within the Linden Hills community. LHINC works towards these goals:

  • to solicit and represent residents’ perspectives regarding community issues.
  • to increase community involvement.
  • to be the voice of the neighborhood in civic affairs.
  • to promote social, cultural, recreational, and educational opportunities in the area.
  • to organize the Linden Hills Festival and manage the Festival proceeds.

This year, we are facing 50% budget cuts from the city. If you have attended the fall festival, participated in a zoning and housing discussion, walked the trolley path and marveled at the native plants, or received important community information from our print or electronic newsletter, then we humbly ask for you to support the work we do.

Donations can be earmarked for LHiNC’s general fund, or for our playground fundraiser, which is aiming to add new equipment at Linden Hills playground and Hall Park in the Near North neighborhood.
