The Leo A. Hoffmann Center (LAHC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality, outcome-based mental health services for children, adolescents, and young adults. Through our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) and Hoffmann Counseling Services, we support individuals in building the skills, confidence, and resilience they need to thrive.

Our work is rooted in respect, compassion, and hope—creating opportunities for healing, personal growth, and community reintegration. From specialized residential treatment for adolescent males to outpatient services serving individuals and families in St. Peter, Mankato, New Ulm, and Waseca, we are committed to making a lasting difference.
