Welcome to Leadership Garden!

Leadership Garden’s mission is to help young people develop the life skills needed to make a positive impact in the world. We do this by creating experiences that enrich our students, opening their minds to future possibilities.

______________

 Growing Tomorrow’s Leader’s, Today

Talented young people should have every chance to reach their highest potential. Unfortunately, not every student has the same opportunities. Life experiences that are common for some young people, opening their minds to future possibilities, are out of reach for others. A dream can be taken away before it starts simply because a student doesn’t know what’s possible.

At Leadership Garden, we provide life-changing experiences that show a student a bigger world, with a goal to create the same opportunities for all students. We make students aware of what they can achieve. Our students are given the chance to learn skills and develop abilities needed for success. We then provide access to leaders who share life-altering advice, giving our students the opportunity to develop their untapped potential.

Our students are seeking a path to develop life skills that will let them make a positive impact in the world. Our program offers a combination of experiences, education, and service opportunities designed to develop leadership, which open up the world to bright, young minds. The power of experience, offers students inspiration, and gives them a springboard to future success. Once a student sees what the world has to offer, they can change their circumstances and create a better life.

What We Offer

Our all-volunteer staff of proven leaders understand the skills, traits, and leadership characteristics used by strong leaders. They use a combination of experiences, education, and service to share those lessons:

Sample Experiences - sailing, visiting local sports teams; swim lessons, business visits, college campus visits, museums, nature walks, going to the zoo, Best Buy’s Teen Tech Center … and more.

Education - we bring in a variety of vibrant leaders who share their stories, challenges, pathways to success, values … and more.

Service - periodic activities that brighten/serve the community, teach servant leadership, and create bonding for our participants.
