Leadership Emergence and Development Project

The LEAD Project is a nonprofit that engages young professionals in the charitable and philanthropic communities of the Twin Cities

The LEAD Project was founded in 2006 to give back to the local community.  Originally, it specialized in fundraising for worthy causes.Today, the organization has expanded its focus to develop and empower the next generation of Minnesota’s community leaders, and help area nonprofits succeed by connecting them with these civic leaders.  

LEAD hosts events for young professionals and nonprofits that help facilitate and foster these connections.  

LEAD offers training programs to help young professionals gain the skills and experience needed to make the impact they want in the community.  

LEAD provides and maintains a one-stop resource for skill-based volunteer opportunities in the community.  

LEAD provides a forum for tomorrow’s leaders to network and learn from each other.  

LEAD executes its mission with style and grace and ensures that members and volunteers have a great time doing all of this, infusing fun at every turn.

 

 

All donations collected will go toward our website development project as LEAD looks to become the premier place for young professionals to engage with nonprofits and find openings on nonprofit boards of directors.
