Leaders of Today and Tomorrow (LOTT)

Leaders of Today and Tomorrow (LOTT) is a personal and professional development program for young women. Each fellow is matched with a mentor to support their journey through the program. Sessions cover topics such as identity-driven leadership, teamwork, and self-care. The fellowship is offered at no cost to participants and transportation and childcare stipends are available. Our tagline? We ignite women to lead with confidence.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Fall 2020 LOTT Program has pivoted to a virtual platform. We’re grateful to all the members of the LOTT family who helped make this a smooth transition!
