LatinoLEAD is a network of leaders dedicated to empowering Minnesota's Latine community. By investing in individual growth, we strengthen our collective power—expanding our influence, amplifying our impact, and building coalitions for meaningful change.

The Power of Solidarity: Our newest initiative in 2026, we recognize that leadership does not exist in a vacuum. To lead effectively, our community members need stability, security, and peace of mind. Systemic challenges—from rising housing costs to complex immigration hurdles—threaten to sideline our brightest voices.

In response, we have launched the Linking Leaders Solidarity Fund in partnership with the African American Leadership Forum, Coalition for Asian American Leaders, and the Tiwahe Foundation. Your donation today directly fuels this fund, providing emergency grants of up to $1,500 for Latine leaders facing immigration legal fees, housing instability, or wage disruption. We believe that a temporary crisis should not end a leadership journey.
