We are a statewide network of over 4,000 Latine professionals, educators, students, and allies dedicated to collective empowerment across Minnesota. By investing in individual growth, we strengthen our community's voice—expanding influence, dismantling systemic barriers, and advancing equity across sectors.

LatinoLEAD is a cross-sector nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the influence, success, and power of Minnesota's Latine community.   

Our liberation and success depend on working in solidarity and collaboration with individual leaders, organizations, political officials, and companies to achieve equitable outcomes for everyone living in Minnesota. We build the infrastructure to uplift Latine leaders into decision-making tables—from civic commissions and community boards to elected office and the C-suite.   

The Reality & The Urgency

• High Workforce Participation: Latine workers have the highest labor force participation rate in Minnesota (77%).   

• Persistent Disparities: Despite high work rates, Hispanic-headed households face a median income of $63,400—significantly below the state median.   

• Representation Gaps: Latines account for 26% of Minnesota's overall population growth since 2000, yet remain sharply underrepresented in corporate boards and executive leadership.

How Your Donation Drives Change:

• Leadership Development: Powering cohorts like the Avanzando Liderazgo Program (ALP), giving professionals culturally grounded mentorship, negotiation skills, and corporate networks to enter executive roles.   

• Convening & Community: Organizing LíderCon, Minnesota's premier gathering of Latine leaders, along with community spaces like Conecta y Celebra and AfroLatinidad.   

• Civic Action & Policy: Mobilizing our network around workforce equity, education access (such as the MN READ Act), and systemic justice.   

• Resilience & Crisis Relief: Fueling initiatives like the Linking Leaders Solidarity Fund—offering emergency micro-grants up to $1,500 to keep unexpected hardships from derailing a leader's journey.
