Lakes Life Care Center needs a new ultrasound machine

Lakes has been offering help to pregnant and parenting women and men for over 30 years.  We are Changing Lives on Heart at a Time 

We are in need of a new ultrasound machine.  Ultrasound is such a wonderful way to introduce a women to her baby.  The clearer the picture the easier it is for that woman to make a connection with her child.  We currently have an older machine and are in need of updating that machine with more modern technology.  All of our services are free of charge to our clients so we need all of you to help us make our goal by making a donation.  Your donation will help women see the beauty of their child before she can even feel it moving inside her.  How exciting is that?

We are raising funds to help our programs and services grow so we can help even more women, men and their families.  Not only are we increasing our support services to mothers but also to fathers.  We never want to diminish the role a father plays in a child's life.  Being a first time parent can be just as scary for a man as it is for a woman.

• Prenatal and parenting education programs with incentives
• Fathers mentoring program
• Family support groups
• Referrals to other social service agencies
