We have exciting news to share; Sunrise Banks has adopted La Crèche Early Childhood Center located in North Minneapolis. With the help of First Children’s Finance, Sunrise Banks has become the first Business Champion in Childcare in Minnesota.

Sunrise Banks is helping La Crèche kick-off the All Our Children Under One Roof campaign to help La Crèche consolidate its operations under one roof resulting in: 

•  More learning opportunities for the children;
•  Greater synergy opportunities for educators; 
•  A state-of-the-art learning facility; and
•  Stronger cash flow.

 

Currently, La Crèche has two facilities. The renovation will put All Our Children Under One Roof at its main location, at 1800 Olson Memorial Hwy and will serve more low-income children and families in North Minneapolis.

For 44 years La Crèche Early Childhood Centers, Inc. has been an anchoring organization in the heart of near North Minneapolis, providing high quality early care and education to 112 children ages 6 weeks (Infants) through 12 years (School Age).

As a NAEYC accredited, four star Parent Aware, Hennepin County Strong Beginnings program, La Crèche strives to prepare children to succeed in school and life.

La Crèche Early Childhood Centers, Inc., operates two early care and education facilities; the Toddler through School Age center in North Minneapolis and the Infant/ Toddler center in neighboring Bryn Mawr. 19 children transitioned into Kindergarten this fall.  98% of the transitioning children were assessed to be kindergarten ready.

We celebrate that Sunrise Banks, the First Child Champion of First Children’s Finance awarded La Crèche an adoptive partnership.  The technical assistance and volunteerism that Sunrise Banks provides lends guiding support to the further enhancement and growth of the agency.
