Your 2023 support of the Jefferson Choir Booster Club helps fund travel and trip costs!

The Booster Club was organized in 1988 to provide financial support to the Choir Program at Thomas Jefferson Senior High School and other related activities. We support three curricular choirs, two competition show choirs, and an a capella group. Jefferson's competition show choirs are Jive and Connection. The Bloomington School District's choir budget doesn't cover all of the expenses of the Choir Program, and the Booster Club helps keep the program viable and running.

The Choir Program provides music education to its students and allows the opportunity for students to perform both at a local and national level.  The study of music contributes to student achievement in four important categories:  success in society, success in school and learning, success in developing intelligence and success in life.

The Booster Club provides support for a portion of its many costs, from new equipment, music, and props, to choreographers, accompaniment, etc., and especially scholarship support for students who would not otherwise be able to participate.

The 2023 goal for Give to the Max Day is $2,500 which will be put towards transportation costs as well as associated trip costs as we head down to Chicago, IL in February!
