For the past fourteen years InterServe Ministries has been partnering with congregations to build their children, youth and family ministries. By placing an InterServe associate in a congregation for six to twelve months provides not only consistency and care to young people and families, it provides a time for congregational leadership to consider how to strategically move forward.   Whether a new hire is in the future or there is a re-structure of staff responsibilities, InterServe Ministries will partner with your congregation to discover new possibilities, work through current changes and plan for the future.
