- To unite Christian cyclists for a worldwide testimony in lifestyle, training, and sportsmanship.

Whether you are Christian or not, performance-oriented, recreational, or in-between we invite you to ride with us.
Twin Cities Spoke is a chapter of the ChristianCycling, located in the twin cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul of MN. Most of our organized events are oriented around road biking, but many of our members are frequently seen on mountain bike trails, fat bikes, gravel roads, cyclocross, triathlons, road races and adventure rides.
Keep watch on our calendar for organized Spoke events and other rides where we will be present.
The group meets for group rides, conducts week-long trips, weekend trips, pot lucks/BBQs and volunteer opportunities. Whether you are a serious athlete or looking for supportive people to exercise, we have a group for you.
