Impact Hub Minneapolis-Saint Paul is part of one of the world’s largest networks focused on building entrepreneurial communities for impact.

We connect entrepreneurs and innovators to resources, knowledge and community through shared workspace, training opportunities, 1-1 coaching, curated events and social impact startup support.

Impact Hub’s mission is to enable inclusive & sustainable innovation at scale by supporting impact entrepreneurs to tackle the most pressing issues of our time. We are taking action today to create a better tomorrow - for people and the planet. 

Over the past 2 years, we have served hundreds of businesses including:

• Bridgemakers: A BIPOC youth-led movement of artists, activists and social entrepreneurs.

• Brown Venture Group.: A venture capital firm exclusively for Black, Latino and Indigenous technology startups.

• Cogent Consulting. Financial and impact investing consultant firm empowering purpose-driven organizations to drive positive impact in their communities.

• Memorialize the Movement: A living archive dedicated to collecting, preserving, and activating the plywood murals created during the Mpls Uprisings of 2020.

• Gogy Up: A tech app that converts existing company documents into interactive information resources for adults with limited literacy skills, impaired vision, dyslexia, or beginning English

Impact Hub MSP Is the home for all things Impact. Businesses leaders come to learn about:

• Launching and growing an impact focused business
• Finding B2B services they need
• Becoming a B Corps and PBCs

Engaging with Impact Investing Resources

• Joining Peer Leadership Associations 
• Completing Impact Reporting and Analytics
• Finding Startup Competitions and other vetted resources
• Connecting to global markets

This year, there are new demands for our services including: 

• MN B Corporations are now needing our support.. Minnesota now has 40+ B Corporations since Sunrise Bank became certified in 2009.  Impact Hub is now the convenor-organizer to build stronger connections among these vital companies.
• Member Support needs are changing:  Impact Hub is committed to serving all Impact leaders whether they can afford our services or not. 60% of our members and program participants pay reduced fees or are on full scholarships. There is a waiting list for scholarships beyond our capacity. 
• New  Workspace needs:  More startups and small businesses are having a hard time finding space to support their hybrid team needs at a price they can afford. In response, Impact Hub has revised its space use and revenue model. We have foregone long-term rentals to offer flexible space for teams that need temporary offices on flexible schedules.

We need your help!  Demand for these services is higher than ever.  More entrepreneurs of color and from underrepresented communities are seeking our services at free or reduced fees. There are more requests than we can financially respond to.

We seek to raise $10,000 by year end so we can sustain our work and serve the increasing need in our community.  Help us enter 2024, our 10th year in business, strong.
