Dayton's Bluff District Forum, the Voice of the Community

The Dayton’s Bluff District Forum is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation operating under the name Hopewell Communications, Inc. The Forum has been published in Dayton’s Bluff since 1982 and is run by volunteers who care deeply about keeping our neighborhood informed and connected.

The Forum is mailed free of charge to over 7,000 addresses in the Dayton’s Bluff neighborhood and is also published online monthly (February–December) with searchable archives going back to 2000. View current and past issues on our website

Printing, layout, and mailing costs are covered by advertisers and generous supporters — but those contributions only go so far. We’re raising funds now to ensure this vital local institution can continue delivering news, amplifying community voices, and building neighborhood pride.

Our newspaper is a true community forum: it welcomes submissions from readers in English, Spanish, and other languages spoken here. Articles, photos, and letters to the editor are written by — and for — the people who live and work in Dayton’s Bluff. The Forum’s role is to provide a place for ideas, connection, and accountability in a diverse neighborhood we all share.

Why your gift matters:

Local reporting and neighborhood journalism don’t just inform — they build safety, civic engagement, and community pride. Your support is vital in helping to continue delivering printed community newspapers to Dayton's Bluff.
