For 50 years, Home and Community Options (HCO) has walked alongside individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them live safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives. Our services reach people in every stage of life and in a variety of settings—whether in one of our 17 residential homes, in our HUD-subsidized apartment building, in their own homes, or with their families. Wherever someone calls home, HCO is there with the supports they need to thrive.
