Heart2Heart was founded to assist scholars in obtaining and maintaining their educational dreams to complete college. Many College scholars end up dropping out after their first year, due to lack of funds to pay for tuition,fees, books,not having a computer or laptop and food. Heart 2 Heart is here to assist our scholars to believe and achieve and realize their college dreams will come true. Heart2Heart Helps our high schools and college scholars with mentors,books, tuition fees, meal cards, laptops,printers and care packages.
