Since 1992, Healthy Community Initiative (HCI) has created meaningful change through deep community partnership.

HCI’s programs and coalitions improve school readiness, academic results, high school graduation, chemical and mental health, and career readiness. We amplify youth voice and involve underrepresented groups in local decision-making.

HCI’s unique service model has catalyzed profound health, education, and career outcomes for thousands of people. Our innovative programs include Growing Up Healthy, Youth on Boards, TORCH, RISE, and the NCCC (Navigating and Coaching for College and Careers).
