Healthy Community Initiative (HCI) cultivates transformative health, education and career outcomes for children, youth, and families across Rice County, Minn. HCI’s programs and coalitions amplify youth voice and improve school readiness, academic results, high school graduation, chemical and mental health, and career readiness. Our innovative programs include Growing Up Healthy, Youth on Boards, TORCH and RISE, and the Northfield Community College Collaborative. Our unique service model has created deep local impact and gained national acclaim.
