At HealthFinders, we’re flipping the system—starting right here in Rice and Steele Counties.

HealthFinders provides high-quality, compassionate care for more than 5,000 patients each year. 

Our model runs on a three-legged stool: 

🩺 $1.5M from patients who can pay and insurance coverage from those who have it 

💰 $1.5M from grants  

💛 $1.5M from community members like you who make donations of all sizes 

 Together, those dollars keep primary care thriving—at just $300 per patient per year. That’s what many of us pay for one family member’s insurance each month.  Imagine...what if everyone you saw in your neighborhood today could count on care that keeps them well? Things like:

• Well child checks

• Mental health support

Your gift today helps us invest in the part of healthcare that keeps people healthy: primary care.

• $5,100 gives primary care to 17 patients for a year
• $1,500 gives primary care to 5 patients for a year 
• $300 gives a full year of primary care to one person
