At Hardy Girls, we are pretty disgusted with our society's oversexualization of Halloween costumes for young girls. Not only is it just plain weird to put a toddler spider girl in a tube top and thigh highs (how is she supposed to scale buildings in that!?), but it's also completely insulting for marketers to assume girls aren't wildly imaginative, adventurous, ambitious and creative beings who want costumes to reflect that.
