H2O for Life

When Melissa applied for the High School Fellowship Program, she didn’t know it would lead her to designing water treatment solutions in Quito, Ecuador. Now she’s testing water samples, meeting with researchers, and working to design a water filtration system for local households, all during her freshman year of college.“My participation in H2O was key to being accepted,” Melissa shared.
