Our country is facing some of the most significant attacks on bodily autonomy, abortion access, and transgender rights—including the rights of transgender children—ever.

Your donation will help us confront growing threats to gender equity and bodily autonomy, including attacks on abortion, contraception, trans students’ rights, and gender-affirming care.

Gender Justice envisions a world where everyone can thrive regardless of their gender, gender expression, or sexual orientation.

Step by step, we’re creating that world by dismantling legal, structural, and cultural barriers that contribute to gender inequity. We work to ensure that people of all genders have a meaningful right to bodily autonomy, safety, health, and opportunity.

Though there’s still a lot of work to do, together we accomplished incredible things here in Minnesota in 2023, from changing policies for transgender inmates, ending state funding for crisis pregnancy centers, passing the Trans Refuge Bill, and repealing Minnesota’s unconstitutional and harmful abortion restrictions. This progress would not have been possible without you and everyone in the Gender Justice community. THANK YOU.

Unfortunately, every day we receive calls from women, men, and LGB and transgender people who have no access to justice, except through Gender Justice. With you by our side, we can continue to answer those calls.

As attacks on bodily autonomy and LGBTQ+ rights escalate across the country, your support is helping Gender Justice energetically expand our work in North Dakota, bringing our proven model of fighting attacks on gender equity. In September, Gender Justice announced a lawsuit on behalf of three North Dakota families and a pediatrician to block North Dakota’s ban on essential healthcare for transgender youth.

With your support we are continuing to educate, advocate, and expand protections for bodily autonomy. We are using gifts from people like you to limit the influence of anti-abortion crisis pregnancy centers, expand legal protections for transgender people, change the narrative around trans inclusion, and protect your right to access emergency contraception.
