Edge of the Wilderness Community Center

Donations will be used to support the Edge Center for the Arts, and underwrite art and performances at the Edge Center.

Bigfork is tucked away in the Northwoods of Minnesota, far away from the hustle and bustle of the crowded city.  Time seems to slow down here, and there is a sense of what life must have been like 50-100 years ago.  The people who live here aren't afraid of bears, or cold weather, or being snowed in.  They aren't concerned about making big bucks as much as they'd like to hunt them!  What is important in Bigfork is community.  Everyone knows everyone, but they also have arms outstretched to summer residents and visitors enjoying the lakes in the area. 

The Edge Center was built specifically to support this community and bring the community together through musical and drama performances, as well as local art displayed in a beautiful gallery.  Our mission is to enhance the Edge of the Wilderness by providing a welcoming and well-managed space, where shared art experiences build community.  The Edge Center depends on the donations of its supporters and businesses in the community to provide the wonderful performances and art shows.  We can't do this without your help and generous support!
