$9,352 Goal

Your donation support students with financial need or who are homeless or highly mobile. Our goal this year of $9,352 represents the number of students who are enrolled in Eden Prairie Schools for 2025-26!

Donations will be used to fulfill direct needs like free school supplies, emergency food or gas cards, or scholarships for enriching activities.

We’re grateful to Veridian Credit Union and Midwest Playscapes for committing early as matching sponsors ahead of this year’s campaign who are generously matching Give to the Max Day donations — up to $1,000 and $500, respectively!

In Eden Prairie Schools, our community is made up of students from a wide variety of backgrounds. Their unique talents, perspectives, curiosities and passions make us stronger, and we aim to create a sense of belonging in order to achieve our mission of inspiring each student every day. We know students have a better opportunity to succeed in the classroom when they’re well fed and know where they’ll be sleeping at night, and providing resources to support families in need helps each student feel they are cared for and belong at school. Your donation will provide a variety of supports for students and families, including assistance with school supplies, food, housing and more offered through our Family Resources. We’re committed to making Eden Prairie Schools a welcoming home for all of our students, and your support will directly contribute to making this possible! Thank you!

Nurturing a sense of belonging for each student

To support each of our students throughout our schools, we’re committed to creating an environment where students feel they belong. That means access to the same resources, learning opportunities and services. Your generosity will allow us to continue this important work as we strive toward the goals of our 2023-28 Strategic Plan!

All families have access to our family resources, which connect Eden Prairie students and their families to available supports in our schools and in our wider community. From help with getting back-to-school supplies to food and housing assistance, the Family Resources Program provides critical support across our school communities, which contributes to a student’s sense of stability — and, ultimately, belonging at school.

We will use donations to continue supporting students, particularly those who face financial barriers or are homeless or highly mobile.

Eden Prairie Schools History

Since Eden Prairie’s earliest days, its residents have believed deeply in the power of community and the importance of education. In fact, the town board of Eden Prairie held its first meeting in a log schoolhouse on May 11, 1858 — the same day Minnesota became a state. That log schoolhouse would remain a hub of community for decades to come.

The one-room schoolhouse came and went, and the city joined others as part of a joint school district. In March of 1924, the Eden Prairie Consolidated School welcomed students back to their hometown in the brick building at the top of School Road (now known as the Administrative Services Center).

Today’s students learn and grow in a districtwide preschool; six in-person elementary schools, including a Spanish immersion option; a newly-renovated and expanded middle school; and, a 750,000 square-foot high school equipped with classrooms and co-curricular spaces that the earliest Eagles could have hardly imagined. Students ages 18-22 with additional learning needs can continue their learning after graduation in the TASSEL Transition Program, and more than 600 students from across Minnesota have joined the Eden Prairie Schools community by choosing EP Online as their educational home. This year, students have also joined our Area Learning Center, which provides 9-12th graders who would benefit from a smaller learning environment  with interdisciplinary project-based academic opportunities.

We’re so grateful for your support of each and every student in Eden Prairie Schools! With your help, we will continue excelling at what we do best: inspiring each student every day.

Go Eagles!
