Eat for Equity turns a Saturday night into something more. Eat for Equity organizes regular benefit dinners with a participatory, community-driven approach to giving. We engage communities to eat, drink, contribute modest amounts - and together, raise thousands of dollars for a greater cause.

In Minneapolis alone, this simple idea has donated over $30,000 to local and international non-profit causes, and has engaged thousands of individuals. Eat for Equity builds an increasingly engaged, giving community of young adults; produces hundreds of plates of good, local food; and raises substantive financial support for grassroots, local, and international nonprofits.

Eat for Equity empowers everyday people to build communities, pool their resources, and give to critical causes. It increases knowledge and connectedness by introducing guests to a new nonprofit cause each month.  Eat for Equity is a vehicle for building community, and helping that community leverage its resources to invest in causes close to its heart.
