Bringing Health and Hope to the people of Dodoma, Tanzania through a sustainable health care model.

DTHD provides support for Tanzania-based Dodoma Christian Medical Center (DCMC) and its growing medical staff.  DCMC, which has served thousands of children and adults in the Dodoma region of Central Tanzania, provides a range of medical, dental, reproductive and family health care services and community health outreach programs to a population for whom quality health care is not easily found.

DCMC Trust was registered with the government of Tanzania in 2003.  It has been developed in stages on a 300-acre site leased from the Capital Development Authority of Dodoma.

The campus overlooks Dodoma Town from the slopes of Imagi Hill and provides a clean and welcoming atmosphere for patients from as far away as Dar es Salaam and for those who will also walk many miles to seek dental and medical care.

DCMC is licensed as a hospital, and as such has surgical and diagnostic capabilities as well as:

• Reproductive & Child Health Clinic
• Community Health Outreach Programs
• Outpatient Care
• Inpatient Care
