Spring Valley Living provides quality long term health care and senior housing in Spring Valley and the surrounding communities and enhances quality of life through innovation, ongoing education, and encouragement. We are comprised of four primary areas:  A 50-bed bed skilled nursing facility; 38 unit assisted living facility with 24 designated memory care; 20 “flexible living” apartments; and therapy services for clients within and outside of the facility. Our organization proudly serves more than 200 Minnesotan's each year.
