About CMRS:
Since 1983, Community Mediation & Restorative Services, Inc. (CMRS) has helped thousands of individuals move from conflict to resolution and from harm to healing. CMRS mediators, facilitators and circle keepers help ensure that people hear and are heard, identify and repair harm, and co-create constructive pathways forward.
With the support of dedicated community volunteers, CMRS increases awareness of and access to constructive responses to community discord, conflict and harm. We continue to expand services for youth and schools, and services that help individuals prevent evictions and avoid the collateral consequences of court and police interactions. Additionally, through outreach and training, CMRS is helping institutions build internal capacity to address conflicts in a more healing, restorative, and humane way.
