Church World Service (CWS) is an organization that impacts our world.  CWS has been working since 1946 to help eradicate hunger and poverty.  CWS works with churches and organizations throughout the nation to Walk to raise funds in CROP Hunger Walks in over 2,000 communities.  25% of the funds raised stay to benefit local food pantries and organizations who alleviate hunger and poverty.  CWS helps to quench thirst by working with global partners who've helped to reduce the number of people without access to clean and safe water by 1/2.  CWS assists vulnerable people and refugees; resettling over 500,000 refugees.  Lastly, CWS responds to disasters and emergencies in our nation and around the world by providing CWS Blankets, Kits, and other immediate assistance. Please join us!  Together we can change our world "One Step at a Time" for the better!
