Children's Surgery International (CSI)

Children’s Surgery International provides free pediatric medical and surgical services, along with professional education and training, to communities in need around the world.

Our vision is to reduce global health care disparities by helping communities obtain the knowledge, skills and tools to provide life-changing surgical and medical care for children.

Your donation is the fuel that creates a multiplier effect - igniting our mission to deliver expert pediatric care, training and supplies. 

So far in 2023, we’ve completed trips to Liberia, Ethiopia and Mexico where we performed life-changing surgery for hundreds of children and provided dozens of hours of education and hands-on training. We also created the first accredited Pediatric Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery Fellowship in partnership with Bahir Dar University College of Medicine and Health Sciences (BDU)

We are actively planning for trips to Liberia, Ethiopia and Mexico in 2024, beginning instruction on the training modules of our Fellowship program in Ethiopia and exploring new partnership sites. 

The need continues to grow as we advance our mission.
