CSI is a Minnesota-based humanitarian organization that provides free surgical services to children in need around the world.

Make a lasting impact! These words live at the heart of Children’s Surgery International (CSI), in the hearts of our volunteers, and in the hearts of supporters like you.

CSI serves children in underserved communities around the world, performing life-changing surgeries while providing education and training in the local community.

We’re proud of our pivots during the pandemic, working to reduce global health care disparities.

  • Delivered more than 20 lectures on surgical topics in ENT, urology and general pediatric surgery as well as first aid and injury assessment through the CSI Online Education Series.
  • Provided direct supply support valued at nearly $100,000 to partners in Africa and Mexico, including PPE, medical equipment and supplies and infant feeding supplies.
  • Worked tirelessly to re envision safe travel in light of COVID-19, allowing In-person collaboration and support to resume in spring 2022 with small and micro-team trips. We will rely on our local partners to pre-screen patients. We have established enhanced testing and distancing protocols as well as options to help families safely return home and follow up with care as needed.

And yet, the need continues to grow.

Hundreds of kids at each location are waiting for life-changing surgery, waiting for a chance. Our partners need our on-site support, teaching and collaboration more than ever.

Your gift today positions CSI to be ready to meet that growing need, working side by side with the doctors, nurses, families and communities we serve.

Give to the Max!
