Community Dental Care

Community Dental Care (CDC) is one of the largest nonprofit dental providers in Minnesota providing comprehensive dental care for people of all ages on public programs. With 300 employees (including 50+ dentists), five clinics in the Twin Cities, Rochester and Buffalo, and an annual budget of $34 million, CDC's mission is to provide culturally sensitive community oral health care, preventive education, professional training, and to advocate for access for all. We serve 120,000 patient visits in our clinics for people of all ages and abilities each year. In addition, we provide preventive education and services to children and families in 40 outreach locations, including schools, community service organizations and medical clinics. We provide a broad range of services, including preventive, restorative, endodontic, oral surgery, pediatric, prosthodontic, and emergency procedures. Our services meet the oral health needs of some of the most economically disadvantaged people in our state, many of whom have untreated dental disease that impacts their health and quality of life. Our vision is that all people will have access to high quality, affordable dental care to improve their overall health in a convenient, caring, and respectful environment.

$1,000 - Sponsor care grants for children or adults with acute dental disease

$500 - Cover the cost of restorative treatment for an uninsured or underinsured child in pain

$100 - Provide community outreach and preventive services for children and pregnant mothers
