About Us

The Construction Career Training Program (CCTP) is a non-profit organization that provides men and women coming out of incarceration and treatment centers individualized work readiness training, one-to-one mentoring and direct connections to receptive construction employers with job and career advancement opportunities.

Our History

CCTP was founded in 2003 at the Adolfson & Peterson Construction Company under the leadership of David Adolfson.  A firm believer in second chances, redemption and renewal, he set its mission to employ formerly incarcerated persons in the construction industry.  Prioritizing collaboration and cross company placement, CCTP is a trusted resource and partner to the construction community in Minnesota and beyond.
