Care Partners

Care Partners is simply...Small town folk - Taking care of small town folk!

Care Partners is a grass-roots non-profit located on the Iron Range in NE Minnesota.  We provide financial assistance to Iron Range individuals and families facing cancer or a life-limiting illness.  Or help is NOT based on income - but simply doing our part to help out in anyway we can during a very stressful time.  We belivence a cancer diagnosis not only impacts the individual, but also the community in which they call home.  
Do your part - help those facing a very trying time.  It does not matter the amount you donate - what matters is having the goodness to make a difference and donate!  It could be a penny or more!  Let's do this!  Help others in need.  They are fighting for their life!  No one should be faced with skipping a therapy session just because the cost of gas goes up!
