Bundles of Love Charity

Every day throughout Minnesota, babies are born into families who struggle to provide basic items for newborns. 

The current economy has created unprecedented financial and emotional stress and there are many more new families experiencing poverty. 

Bundles of Love volunteers are working harder than ever to provide handmade baby items to Minnesota families in need

By partnering with local hospitals, clinics, and social service organizations, we provide families experiencing poverty with a handmade "Bundle of Love" when their newborns are born.  Our bundles are packed with 25 to 30 hand-crafted clothing, bedding and baby care items. 

The families we serve get more than a bundle of basic needs: they receive the love and care of the volunteers who crafted the baby items.  At Bundles of Love, we believe feeling cared for promotes the feeling of support and well-being for new families. 

In 2023, Bundles of Love provided more than 5,000 mothers of newborns with "Bundles of Love" through 138 service agencies in 32 Minnesota counties.  That's one family every 90 minutes throughout the year.  

Our organization's greatest need continues to be financial support. We have seen a 25% increase in bundles requests in the past two years and the cost of fabric and supplies, as well as rent and utilities, also has increased dramatically.
